V·W High Grade Stone Crushing and Shaping Machine can be widely used in highway, railway, hydropower station, bridges, tunnels, concrete mixing plant, construction and other industries that related to the gravel shaping and gravel processing field. Especially for concrete whose strength grade is greater than C60, and for anti-freezing, impermeable or concrete aggregates with other requirements, as well as shaping for gravel with continuous size fraction used in highway road.

It can be directly used as secondary crusher for jaw crusher and cone crusher, also can be used independently for shaping purpose. It is the substitution of impact crusher among fine crushing equipments. Its main performance indexes are much better than impact crusher.

Integrated with crushing and shaping function or single shaping function. According to different stones, different purposes, changing the crushing cavity feeding method and the ore structure can both ensure the gravel shape to meet the standard, and can greatly improve production, reduce operating costs. It enables one machine two uses at any time as per different applications without expanding investment.

Feed at center: After materials are fed into the hopper, they enter through central feeding hole to the impellers, which are rotating at a high speed. Then, the materials are accelerated and thrown out of impellers to firstly hit with part of materials rebounded from crushing cavity. And then, they impact onto swirl material liner of swirl cavity together (stone by stone), firstly be rebounded to the top of crushing cavity, change direction and fall down, hit with the materials shot from impellers again, forming a continous material layer, finally the materials are discharged from the discharge opening at the bottom.

Feed both at center and at sides: After materials are fed into hopper, they fall down through circular hole and are divided into two parts by the distributing mantle. One part enters the impellers, which are rotating at high speed; the other part fall down along the mantle. The first part is accelerated at the impeller area and are thrown out and to strike on the falling materials at sides. Then, they together strike on the material layers in whirlpool cavity and again be shot back to strike on another part of materials which are shot from the impeller flow and form a continuous material curtain. The final products will be discharged from the discharge open at the bottom.
